Must be able to identify the root causes of Army Equipment on Hand (EOH) unreadiness and systemic reported equipment shortages as recorded by the Army Readiness Management System (ARMS).Required QualificationsBachelor DegreeActive Secret ClearanceA minimum of two (2) years of experience and expertise in Force Development dutiesAbility to conduct in-depth analysis of Army and unit equipping readiness, identifying equipment readiness issues and proposing solution sets. Must be able to identify the root causes of Army Equipment on Hand (EOH) unreadiness and systemic reported equipment shortages as recorded by the Army Readiness Management System (ARMS).Ability to perform data trend analysis that includes coordination and staffing with ACOMs, G-4 and AMC.Proficient in MS Office products that include MS Word, MS Access, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel. The contractor will be able to use MS Excel to use formulas and functions to manipulate data (pivot tables), create charts and graphs to visualize information and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights. #J-18808-Ljbffr
