Corporate Tax Director

Overview Executive Director, Head of Family Office and Tax – Ready to join one of the leading Entertainment companies in the country? ONLY 2 days in office - and a lot of flexibility! This is a tax leadership role responsible for managing various aspects of the global tax function, including compliance, reporting, planning, and general tax operations. Compensation Base pay range: $180,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus This range is provided by Atlas Search. Responsibilities Review corporate federal, state and local income tax returns Review interim and year-end tax provision including current taxable income calculation and deferred tax rollforward Manage various tax projects related to tax audit and planning Identify opportunities to minimize the effective tax rate Qualifications 10+ years of corporate (Form 1120) tax compliance experience from a top public accounting firm or in industry; Big 4 experience is a plus Bachelor 99;s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance Strong communication and analytical skills Job details Seniority level: Director Employment type: Full-time Job function: Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries: Entertainment Providers and Online Audio and Video Media In this role, you will collaborate with external tax advisors, finance, legal, and other cross-functional teams.
