This is a junior-to-mid-level, individual contributor position within Agoda’s Asia Treasury team, focused on designing scalable, efficient treasury solutions and strong financial controls in a multinational environment.ResponsibilitiesAct as a liaison between internal teams and global banking partners to design, implement, and support end-to-end fund flow solutionsUnderstand and clearly communicate account structures and fund flows in G10 and key Asian markets (India, Korea, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia)Analyze costs of sending and receiving funds (domestic and cross-border) and work with banks to optimize pricing and efficiencyCoordinate with banks worldwide to proactively manage operational issues and resolve daily queries in a timely mannerCollaborate with Legal, Corporate Governance, Tax, FP&A, and Accounting teams to ensure treasury solutions comply with risk and operational requirementsWhat You’ll Need3+ years of hands-on experience in treasury, banking, or a finance-related role, preferably in a multinational contextFoundational understanding of treasury operations, including host-to-host connectivity, cash pooling, cash segregation, account opening, KYC/AML, and in-house bank structuresStrong organizational skills with the ability to document, maintain, and update processes, procedures, and policies clearlyOwnership mindset, accountability, and problem-solving ability; able to prioritize and execute tasks independently under tight deadlinesProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze financial data and present insights to stakeholders at various levelsDesirableExperience with FIS Quantum, SAP, Oracle, and major banking platforms (e.g., JPMorgan, Citi, HSBC)Knowledge of licensing and client money regulations, including e-money, capital controls, and fund segregationExposure to cash flow forecasting and repatriation in markets like India, Korea, and ChinaExperience in B2B or B2C businesses with cross-border or exotic currency flowsInterest in identifying process automation or system enhancement opportunities to improve treasury efficiency and reportingWhat You’ll GainExposure to regional treasury operations across multiple marketsOpportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and global banking partnersCareer growth within a dynamic travel company in AsiaEqual OpportunityAgoda is an equal opportunity employer.
