OverviewSenior MCM Doctrine & Tactics Analyst, secret cleared, to support Mine Warfare Readiness and Effectiveness Measuring (MIREM) in San Diego, CA. The role involves design, execution, and assessment of mine countermeasures (MCM) exercises and scenarios, development and validation of MCM-related Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), and contributing to reports that evaluate system, sensor, and crew performance to refine MCM doctrine and operational tactics.ResponsibilitiesSupport and design test and data collection plans for exercises.Serve as observer aboard exercise units to coordinate observation and data collection efforts to support doctrine and tactical development.Develop exercise messages and reports.Support reconstruction of exercise events.Support doctrine / TTP validation and product modifications.Analyze exercise results in accordance with the Execution Plan.Support new concept tactical development and emerging system analysis.QualificationsFifteen years of Navy experience relating to surface/aircraft/expeditionary MCM operations and warfare tasks.Four years of experience in managing projects or programs.Capability for preparation of briefings, reports, and correspondence that are technically correct.Excellent analytical problem-solving skills.Excellent oral and writing skills.Staff level assignments are highly desirable.Active Secret clearance or Secret eligibility.BenefitsWe offer health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, and work-life programs.
