As a Digital Product Owner, you’ll be at the heart of our product development process—translating customer needs into digital solutions that deliver real value. You/'ll work to deeply understand user problems, collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize the right work at the right time, and define, deliver, and iterate on solutions that drive measurable user success.We are seeking a Digital Product Owner to play a key role in shaping the future of Solar Digital/'s Technology Self Service tier as well as enhancing capabilities in gas compression and turbine performance.Role DefinitionRole Definition: Provides day-to-day support to customers and field service staff in relation to product implementation, customization, questions, and problems.ResponsibilitiesCoordinates with product development engineers to track and communicate design, development, support, and maintenance problems and solutions.Identifies, documents, and reports design, reliability and maintenance problems and bugs.
