Sr Manager, Field and Events MarketingTogether AI is a frontier AI cloud, which has been built bottoms up to cater to the demand for the new generation of AI applications and agents. The company has seen tremendous growth with 20X customer growth and 6X ARR growth over the last year.As we continue to drive product innovation, we are also investing deeply in our GTM. This new role will lead field and events marketing at Together AI, building and executing our global events strategy. The work will include creating the events strategy including defining a slate of 3P events that we should consider sponsoring, strategizing and executing our 1P events and being accountable for budget and ROI across all our events. The person will also be responsible for building and managing a high performing events team. This role will report into the head of marketing and will have the opportunity to own and independently build the events marketing function at one of the most innovative companies at the forefront of AI.ResponsibilitiesOwn event strategy for Together AI, across 1P and 3P sponsored eventsCoordinate across sales and marketing teams to ensure great experience and a good volume of customer meetings at these eventsScale events to deliver pipeline numbers associated with eventsManage a high performing team of field and event marketing managersOwn the budget for eventsFoster a culture to experimentation to try new ideas that can help us scale further at the right ROI*Requirements3+ years as a team leader, managing full time employees10+ years in event and/ or field marketing experienceProven track record in creating and delivering 1P events, as well as delivering 3P sponsored eventsExperience working at scale globally across both US, Europe and APJExperience managing budgets for eventsStrong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and reportingAbout Together AITogether AI is a research-driven artificial intelligence company. The US base salary range for this full-time position is: $200-240K + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by location, level and role. Individual compensation will be determined by experience, skills, and job-related knowledge.
