OverviewJob Title: Principal, Global Event MarketingEntegris is currently seeking a Principal, Global Event Marketing to join our team. This position will be based in our Billerica, MA facility. If you are passionate about planning and executing strategic events and deploying impactful event-based marketing initiatives, this role focuses on two key areas: managing the execution of US events and coordinating participation in global events. Success will depend on collaboration across the organization, strong project management, a results-focused mindset, and a bias for action and continuous improvement.What You’ll DoThe Global Event Manager plays a critical support role in executing marketing strategies developed by the Solutions Marketing and Regional Field Marketing teams. These strategies support broader business objectives and often include events such as trade shows, conferences, and webinars. You will also support events planned by the Corporate Communications team. This role ensures that all event-related activities are executed smoothly, on time, and in alignment with marketing direction.US Event Coordination and ExecutionKey Responsibilities:Event Execution Support: Partner closely with Solutions Marketing managers to execute event plans from start to finishCoordinate logistics and marketing deliverables for events, including: securing sponsorships and coordinating with venues; supporting booth messaging and graphics (based on team input); managing production of printed collateral; organizing pre-event promotional assets (social, web, email, etc.); tracking and reporting event ROI with recommendations for future improvements; managing purchase orders and invoices for each event; working with procurement to get agreements and contracts signed; partnering with Corporate Communications to execute event plans as neededProject and Stakeholder Management: Maintain detailed project timelines, status reports, and budgets; communicate project requirements, status updates, and deadlines to internal stakeholders and external vendors; ensure alignment with marketing team strategies and messaging throughout executionVendor Coordination: Manage relationships with tradeshow vendors for booth design and production; ensure all assets meet specifications and are delivered on timeProcess Optimization: Develop and document best practices to improve efficiency and consistency in execution; maintain a centralized events calendar with input from both marketing teams; collaborate with other marketing functions to refine event management processes best practiceGlobal Event CoordinationKey Responsibilities:Support a globally aligned approach to event marketing by partnering with regional field marketing teams and business units to establish global event prioritiesCommunicate and reinforce the event roadmap across relevant teamsDefine key themes for each event and drive cross-functional alignmentCollaborate across regions to set clear, measurable event goalsCoordinate global tradeshow participation and executionSupport regional marketing teams in event delivery as neededEnsure consistency in messaging, themes, and goals across geographiesConsolidate vendor relationships and contracts to drive efficiency and cost optimizationWhat We SeekBA/BS degree in marketing is strongly preferred8 or more years planning/organizing events and developing brand communicationsExperience in B2B marketing and semiconductors a plusPride in execution and an obsession with qualityStrong project management experience working with complex projects in enterprise PM systemsAbility to organize, prioritize and follow through with attention to detail on multiple, simultaneous projectsAble to travel up to 20% of the timeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience working in a team environment and strong collaboration skillsBackground managing relationships with external vendorsBudget management and tracking skillsCRM experience (HubSpot and/or SalesForce preferred)Excellent English writing, editing, and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented, accurate, and organizedCritical thinker and problem solver who can navigate issue-resolution with a calm demeanorWhy Work at Entegris?Lead.
