For more information, please visit .The ITS Corporate Solutions Department pursues digital transformation of corporate services to ensure operations are seamless, resilient, and future‑ready. It unites digitalization roadmaps, experience design, process optimization, application delivery, systems management, and technology modernization across roughly 170 products and services, delivering engaging, impactful, and efficient solutions to leaders, staff, partners, and shareholders at scale. The unit operates from multiple locations in a global delivery model and emphasizes agile product delivery, design‑forward innovation, and AI enablement to create a unified OneWBG corporate backbone.The Corporate Experience Solutions unit designs, delivers, and evolves digital interactions that connect people to the organization, focusing on the full spectrum of stakeholder experiences (employees, shareholders, partners, the public, and beyond). Our scope includes intranet, external websites, and tools supporting employee engagement, recruitment, onboarding, learning, travel, leave, time recording, desk booking, and other solutions used by the WBG’s global workforce and external users.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Manager, Corporate Experience Solutions combines strategic vision, product leadership, and agile delivery to lead the WBG’s global portfolio of digital engagement platforms, delivering intuitive, accessible, and mission‑critical experiences for the workforce and millions of users. The Manager will work with the Director and other Managers to align transformation priorities, product development, and technology capabilities to maximize impact and value. The primary responsibilities include:Leadership & Strategic Planning: Drive strategic direction for the unit’s product and technology investments; create product roadmaps and solution architectures that follow product management and agile delivery best practices (e.g., design thinking, SAFe).Partner with business leaders to generate thought leadership, engage stakeholders, and co‑create investment priorities and roadmaps aligned with governance frameworks (e.g., SAFe LPM).Delivery, Efficiency, & Continuous Improvement: Accountable for delivery, optimization, and continuous improvement of platforms such as intranet, external web, HR self‑service, travel, onboarding, and learning; ensure cost‑effective, timely delivery with measurable adoption and value.Build a culture of product quality and technical excellence by implementing modern delivery practices, updating solutions, and driving down costs while improving metrics (lead/cycle times, failure rates, velocity, customer satisfaction).Oversee solution architecture, system design, and integration to ensure interoperability across platforms; embed automation to reduce manual work and costs. Key platforms include Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Azure, Adobe Experience Platform, Microsoft SharePoint Online, and other SaaS/enterprise cloud solutions.Manage delivery to budget, timelines, and quality standards; quantify impact and milestones; manage risk and escalations to meet organizational goals.Accelerate innovation through automation and AI; promote Human‑Centered Design, Design Thinking, Agile, Sprints, Systems Thinking, and Strategic Foresight to accelerate value and adoption.People Management & Culture LeadershipLead and develop a globally distributed team (Washington, Chennai, Sofia, Singapore, and other locations); set objectives and enable career crease organizational resilience by fostering innovation, urgency, transparency, and accountability; support a growth mindset.Own the unit's adoption of SAFe, including creation of ARTs and agile conventions.Foster a psychologically safe environment where feedback and diverse perspectives are valued.Serve as a core member of ITS management; contribute to strategic planning, fiduciary responsibilities, budget management, and staff development.Within the first year, key deliverables include: assess the Corporate Experience Solutions team; deliver roadmaps and architectures for the ten largest products; complete the capital program; define target state and roadmap for WBG Corporate applications; deliver global recruitment and mobility solutions; initiate HR Self Service modernization; deliver modernized intranet/extranet; establish well‑functioning agile teams and cross‑department collaboration.Selection CriteriaWe seek a leader with credibility, intellect, leadership, and strong communication skills who can navigate a complex stakeholder environment. Required and preferred qualifications include:Master’s degree in computer science, business, or related field; ten years of global IT experience or equivalent, with postgraduate coursework or certification in large‑scale digital product management, solution architecture, and application delivery.Ten+ years in product management, solution architecture, and delivery for enterprise digital engagement platforms (intranet, external web, onboarding, talent, travel, self‑service).Proven ability to define and execute roadmaps aligned to business priorities using agile, design thinking, and modern development practices; measurable outcomes.Expertise in designing solution architectures; knowledge of Agile/DevOps lifecycles; experience with AI and automation.Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Azure, Adobe Experience Platform, Microsoft SharePoint Online, and other leading SaaS/cloud technologies.Strong user research skills; ability to translate insights into product decisions; build communities of practice to scale UX standards.Experience leading multidisciplinary, distributed teams and vendors in a global scaled agile environment; ability to drive value through collaboration and governance.Strong stakeholder and vendor partnership skills; ability to align business and IT priorities and transform relationships.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influential skills; ability to influence decision makers through collaboration and education.Strong business acumen; ability to simplify concepts, prioritize investments, and deliver under pressure.A deep passion for the mission of the WBG.CertificationsRequired: Leading SAFe (SA/SAFe Agilist); SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)Preferred: Digital Transformation certification; Change Management certification; Azure Fundamentals; Certified Agile Practitioner (e.g., SAFe, Scrum Master); Lean Portfolio Management (SAFe LPM)The World Bank Group values diversity and encourages all qualified candidates to apply regardless of gender, religion, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or disability.
