OverviewPosition: Seismic Content Automation SpecialistDuration: 4+ month contract with possibility for extensionLocation: Hybrid in Boston, MA (3 days/week onsite Tue–Thu)BASIC PURPOSEThe Seismic Content Automation Specialist will work on our Content Solutions Team building and maintaining all presentations using Seismic's content automation tools, transferring into powerful engagement tools. This person will focus on problem-solving, working with system configurations, and content automation for our distribution sales enablement team. In addition, the Seismic Content Automation Specialist works with key Global Distribution, Compliance, Global Investment Support, and Global Information Technology stakeholders to provide the day-to-day support of the Seismic Enablement platform.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIESBuild and maintain all presentations using Seismic's content automation tools, i.e. LiveDocs, Guided Assembly, Free Style.Maintain critical integrations between Seismic and Data/Document repositoriesTroubleshoot technical issues and bugs and coordinate with Seismic technical support when necessaryPartner with other internal IT professionals to ensure systems functions properly, updates are applied and tested, and new functionalities are implementedEnhance and customize Seismic to meet the evolving needs of the marketing and sales enablement teams while capitalizing on opportunities to optimize its performance and user experienceDesign and implement custom Seismic solutions, including knowledge of API integrations and sophisticated configuration setupsBuild and enhance data pipelines between Seismic and other marketing and sales platforms, ensuring data integrity and real-time synchronizationKnowledge of taxonomy, Seismic dynamic rules and overall content management and automationStay updated with the latest Seismic development frameworks and AI capabilities to deploy new features and capabilities in projectsStay up to date on new Seismic capabilities and with support, rollout new capabilities to usersAssumes additional responsibilities as requested.JOB REQUIREMENTSB.S. in Technology Management or other related Technology fields3–5 years' experience working on the Seismic platform, preferably with development and programming experienceUnderstanding of structured data such as XML and CSVHTML programming experience preferredKnowledge of financial services industryStrong knowledge of Salesforce Object structureExperience with Workfront and/or AEM platform is a plusWorks well independently with minimal supervisionAbility to identify issues, address them appropriately to management, and assist in developing solutionsStrong project management and communication skillsDetail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skillsAdditional DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: ContractJob function: MarketingIndustries: Financial Services, Investment Management, and Investment Banking #J-18808-Ljbffr
