Overview Manufacturing Engineer – Precision Machining We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead process development and continuous improvement in a modern machine shop environment. What You’ll Do Develop manufacturing methods, processes, and documentation for customer requirements. Select tooling and create process sheets, drawings, and travelers. Partner with supervisors to reduce set-up and cycle times. Analyze and resolve manufacturing challenges while driving productivity improvements. Support CAD/CAM activity and provide technical guidance. Evaluate manufacturing processes for efficiency, accuracy, and conformance. Ensure safe, clean, and organized operations. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of engineering experience in precision machining or related field. Strong technical knowledge of metalworking and plating processes. Proficiency in GD&T, process engineering, tolerance stacking, and fixturing concepts. Skilled in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and inspection requirements. Hands-on experience with precision measurement and in-process inspection. Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work independently and in teams.
