Civil Project Engineer/ Manager (Land Development)

OverviewCivil Project Engineer/Manager (Land Development) role based in Boston, MA or Portsmouth, NH. Salary is $150,000 per year with company benefits. The position involves leading land development projects and advancing the company's Northeast portfolio.ResponsibilitiesLead comprehensive projects for land development (site assessments, site design, cost estimates, studies, research, grading, drainage, utility management).Review and create designs using AutoCAD or relevant tools (Civil 3D, StormCAD, etc.).Conduct QA and QC on reports, feasibility studies, and assessments for commercial sites, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Assist management and project managers in team reviews, budgets, and project delivery processes.QualificationsBachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.Excellent experience with land development projects for commercial sites.Technical design experience (AutoCAD) and leadership experience with the ability to mentor junior team members.Professional Engineering (PE) license.Location & AvailabilityIdeally located in the Boston, MA or Portsmouth, NH area with willingness to attend office 5 days a week.About the EmployerErnest Gordon Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
