OverviewLead HVAC Installer role at The Contractor Consultants for Aspinwall Plumbing & Heating. Aspinwall Plumbing & Heating is seeking an exceptional Lead HVAC Installer to take charge of complex, high-end residential installations. In this senior-level role, you''ll lead projects from start to finish, mentor apprentices, and ensure each system is installed to the highest industry and company standards.We are a family-owned company with a long-standing commitment to craftsmanship, team support, and long-term career growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee the installation of advanced HVAC systems for custom residential projects.Mentor and train apprentices and junior technicians, fostering skill development.Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and system commissioning.Design and install complex ductwork, piping, and electrical connections.Conduct detailed quality control inspections to ensure compliance with all standards.Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for maximum efficiency.Stay up-to-date with industry technologies and best practices, implementing innovative solutions.Build strong client, supplier, and subcontractor relationships through clear communication.Ensure strict adherence to all safety and environmental municate with customers about installations and how to use newly installed equipment.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; advanced technical training preferred.7-10+ years of extensive HVAC installation experience, including high-complexity projects.Master-level knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques.Skilled with advanced tools, diagnostic equipment, HVAC software, and project management tools.Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.Strong customer service and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Physically able to lift 50+ pounds, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and handle varying weather.Valid driver''s license with clean driving record.EPA certification required; NATE or other advanced certifications highly preferred.BenefitsCompetitive hourly wage with performance bonuses.Weekly pay cycle.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Life and disability insurance options.Paid holidays, vacation, sick, and personal days.Retirement savings program.Paid training, certifications, and apprenticeship/mentor pany vehicle, uniforms, and personal tool replacement program.Tech package (smartphone or tablet).Company events, rewards programs, and charity initiatives.ScheduleFull-time, Monday-FridayOccasional flexibility for project completion as neededLocationPrimarily on-site at customer homes in the South Shore areaEqual Employment OpportunityWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
