Reporting directly to our cofounder/CTO, you will architect and deploy advanced ML models with massive real-world applications (e.g. model & predict user behavior, leverage LLMs and custom-built components to optimize our chatbot & voicebot, etc). You’ll work with extremely talented and passionate engineers, data scientists, and analysts from companies like NVIDIA, Meta, Amazon, ByteDance, Square, Robinhood and more.How you will make an impactDevelop and architect complex machine learning models to address critical business challenges and drive company-wide strategic initiativesTake ownership of the end-to-end modeling process, from initial ideation to model deployment and maintenanceConduct thorough data preparation and analysis to ensure the quality and relevance of input data for modeling tasksCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product and Data Engineering to productize and deploy models into production systemsContribute to large-scale company initiatives aimed at solving problems that haven’t yet been touched by anyone at Jerry.aiRequirementsPhD in Physics or related field5+ years of experience building and deploying models from scratchDeep understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, with experience in building and deploying models from scratchStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical modeling solutionsPassion for real-world application of machine learning, with a desire to make a significant impact on large-scale business initiativesWe are an equal employment opportunity employer. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be within the pay range listed on this job posting, determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
