Candidates are required to have a degree in mechanical engineering, physics, computer science, electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, and/or similar degrees, as well as strong academic credentials and excellent references. We are seeking candidates who are interested in becoming patent agents and available to work full-time beginning in June of 2026 when our program begins.ResponsibilitiesDraft and prosecute patent applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.Work side-by-side with attorneys and other legal personnel to develop legal skills from day one.QualificationsDegree in mechanical engineering, physics, computer science, electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, or similar fields.Strong academic credentials and excellent terest in becoming a patent agent and availability to start full-time in June 2026.Support and DevelopmentOur firm culture encourages you to define and pursue your definition of success while providing support and mentorship during the process. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
