Immigration Attorney

OverviewFirm Advice is conducting a search on behalf of our significant international entertainment client for a temporary immigration attorney. The selected attorney will independently manage the preparation and filing of Form I-129 nonimmigrant petitions for company employees and will manage the scheduling of U.S. visa appointments at global U.S. Embassies and Consulates. The attorney will be overseen by the company’s VP of Immigration. This project will last from early October through early January. Position is hybrid, with 3 days per week in the Northern VA office.
