OverviewOur client is looking to add a remote Regional Human Resources Business Partner to their growing team. This is a vital role requiring extensive employee relations experience supporting their 4500 multi-state, multi-site employees. The ideal candidate will have healthcare and/or veterinary care industry experience and be able to travel to their corporate offices 1-2 times per year (located in the northeast).ResponsibilitiesProvide guidance and coaching on HR-related matters including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and engagement.Build strong working relationships with regional operations leaders and Central Support employees.Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent acquisition strategies in collaboration with recruiting partners.Lead and support investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes while maintaining a fair and consistent approach.Monitor HR metrics (turnover, engagement, retention) and use data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Lead and support the implementation of HR policies, programs, and systems.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations across assigned region.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required); HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred.5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a multi-site HRBP or regional HR role.Experience working in healthcare, veterinary medicine, or other clinical environments strongly preferred.Proven ability to build relationships with leaders and employees at all levels.Title: Regional HRBPLocation: RemoteSalary: $100-$110k salary + bonus opportunityDetermining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
