Responsibilities Join the Patent Prosecution practice as a technical advisor and work side-by-side with attorneys and other legal personnel to draft and prosecute patent applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. From day one, be introduced to cutting-edge technology and begin the development of legal skills. Qualifications Candidates are required to have a degree in mechanical engineering, physics, computer science, electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, and/or similar degrees, as well as s trong academic credentials and excellent references. We are seeking candidates who are interested in becoming patent agents and available to work full-time beginning in June of 2026 when our program begins. Benefits and Compensation This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid Holidays, and family care benefits.
