Responsibilities Join the Patent Prosecution practice as a technical advisor and work side-by-side with attorneys and other legal personnel to draft and prosecute patent applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. From day one, be introduced to cutting-edge technology and begin the development of legal skills. Qualifications Candidates are required to have a degree in mechanical engineering, physics, computer science, electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, and/or similar degrees, as well as s trong academic credentials and excellent references. We are seeking candidates who are interested in becoming patent agents and available to work full-time beginning in June of 2026 when our program begins.
