What/'s Needed?Proven experience as a lead in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR implementations.Hands-on experience with Oracle Learning Cloud modules as a lead.Excellent communication and client engagement skills.Ability to document complex requirements clearly and accurately.Willingness to travel to Chicago, DC, and Boston as needed, with approximately 80% remote work flexibility.
