With Bobbie, we hope you can Bottle Boldly.The RoleWe are looking for an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to join our executive team and drive the financial strategy of our rapidly scaling business. We are at an inflection point in our growth, and his role will be instrumental in supporting our growth across retail, DTC, and manufacturing channels while maintaining operational excellence and financial discipline. You are a strategic business partner who can navigate the complexities of owned manufacturing operations and help tell our compelling growth story to investors and stakeholders. You've helped build brands and know what it means to lead through step-level change moments.What you'll own:Financial Strategy That Drives GrowthWork hand-in-hand with our CEO and cross-functional teams to build financial plans that fuel our growth ambitionsMaintain healthy, fully-loaded contribution margins as the business scales across retail, DTC, and manufacturing channelsDeliver financial reporting and forecasting that gives everyone the insights they need to make smart decisionsBuild budgets that balance big growth bets (new manufacturing capacity, clinical trials, channel expansion) with the discipline to optimize costsManage our cash flow so we always have the runway to fund our next chapterCapital Strategy & AllocationLead capital raising initiatives through debt, equity, or other instruments to fund expansion, acquisitions, and new product developmentAnalyze different financing options and determine the optimal capital structure to support growth objectivesEvaluate and execute strategic acquisitions that align with the company's growth strategyDevelop and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, and financial partnersAct as the executive lead on financial transactions and capital events, including investor storytelling, board updates, and partnership with investment bankersFinancial Planning That Powers DecisionsCreate and manage sophisticated financial models for short and long-term business planning, including forecasting sales, expenses, and cash flowConduct financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning to stress-test growth assumptions and identify risks and opportunitiesProvide robust data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions around growth initiativesEstablish KPIs and metrics that drive accountability across the organizationExecutive Partnership & Strategic LeadershipBe a trusted strategic partner to our CEO, executive team, and BoardCommunicate the company's growth story effectively to investors, analysts, and the marketCollaborate closely with cross-functional leaders to align financial strategy with overall business objectivesParticipate in strategic planning and business development initiativesLead beyond the Finance function, flexing into operational and organization areas as needed to help the business scale smartlyBring strong change management leadership, with experience navigating rapid scale or business transformationBuild a World-Class Finance TeamBuild and lead a finance team that's as passionate about our mission as they are about the numbersCreate a culture where people own their work, keep learning, and innovate on how we do financePut in place the systems, processes, and controls that let us scale without breakingManufacturing & Supply Chain FinanceUnderstand and optimize the financial dynamics of owned manufacturing, including COGS, overhead allocation, and cost-saving opportunitiesManage inventory, working capital, and operational efficiency within manufacturing operationsEstablish comprehensive risk management strategies to identify, monitor, and mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risksDrive cost optimization initiatives across the supply chainWhat we're looking for:Strong experience at the enterprise level in growth-stage environmentsTrack record of active Board involvement and partnership with investment bankers and external stakeholdersAbility to operate in ambiguity and take on cross-functional responsibilities outside of traditional Finance scopeCombination of large-company training and growth stage consumer brandsMBA, CPA, or equivalent advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field20+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or senior finance executive roleProven track record in scaling consumer products businesses, preferably with manufacturing operationsDemonstrated experience raising capital (debt and equity) and managing investor relationsExperience building and leading high-performing finance teams in growth environmentsProficiency with advanced financial planning tools, ERP systems, and business intelligence platformsExceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to boards and investorsNice to Have:Deep understanding of manufacturing cost accounting, inventory management, and supply chain financeKnowledge of FDA regulations or other relevant regulatory frameworksExperience with public company financial reporting and complianceSpecific experience in baby/infant products, nutrition, or related consumer health categoriesYou're inspired by our core values:Be Radical - We are change makers, rule breakers and stigma shakers.
