Director of Talent and Culture

The Manager of Talent and Culture (MTC) is a vital member of the Talent and Culture department, responsible for supporting the foundation's talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational culture initiatives. Reporting directly to the Director of Talent and Culture, the MTC will assist in crafting and executing HR policies and programs that align with Paul M. Angell Family Foundation’s (PMAFF) mission, vision, and strategic a dynamic environment that prioritizes collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity, the MTC will act as a trusted partner to various departments, ensuring that talent management strategies attract high-quality candidates and cultivate a motivated and diverse workforce. This role requires a proactive and solution-oriented approach, combining expertise in human resources with a deep understanding of organizational culture.The MTC will support efforts to enhance the employee experience, from recruitment to retention, by implementing best practices in performance management, employee relations, and equity initiatives.
