The Club also has reciprocity with nearly100 private and exclusive Clubs in the United States and around the world.Position Overview :Metropolitan Club has an immediate opportunity for full-time experienced hospitalityexecutive who possess a passion for excellence in food, beverage, wine and service. Thesuccessful candidate will have 3 or more years of food and beverage managementexperience with a strong background in club, resort or hotel food operations, a successfultrack record of food operations in excess of $1 million in annual revenues, a work historyof stable tenure, familiarity with budgeting while pursuing quality and service goals,conversant with planning, and promoting member dining services, understandcurrent trends in fine and casual dining and demonstrate innovation and creativity inevent planning.
