OverviewThe Vice President, Marketing and Lead Generation is responsible for driving marketing and lead generation programs across the Wurkwel portfolio companies. As a senior executive, this role partners with portfolio company leaders to define growth objectives, lead marketing teams, and generate measurable increases in qualified leads.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership for marketing operations and oversee daily activities of the Rightsize Facility team.Lead OFC/MAC/Wurkwel marketing personnel as a shared service, setting standards and best practices.Recruit, hire, train, and develop revenue generation talent.Execute strategic plans for recruiting, retention, career development, training, leadership development, and compensation.Partner with the VP of Innovation on database initiatives.Analyze data trends, pipelines, client feedback, and market conditions to inform company growth decisions.Continuously upskill the team on emerging technologies and implement forward-thinking innovations such as AI automation.Collaborate with the CEO on long-term brand strategy and vision for lead generation.Lead digital marketing initiatives, creating strategies to identify leads and secure new business.Represent the company in industry groups, lead exchanges, and economic business forums to identify partners and opportunities.Champion company Core Values and Purpose, while focusing on organizational goals: momentum, retention, quality, and profit.Work with the executive management team to establish annual growth plans aligned with strategic objectives.QualificationsProven track record of leading high-performing marketing teams and generating measurable growth.Strong digital marketing acumen including SEO/SEM, content marketing, CRM, and marketing automation.Experience in developing brand strategies, go-to-market plans, and sales enablement content.Excellent communicator and collaborator with executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.Analytical thinker with strong command of marketing KPIs, conversion funnels, and campaign ROI.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot preferred).Experience in a B2B services industry, ideally commercial interiors or related professional services.Hands-on leader with a growth mindset, sense of urgency, and ability to manage multiple initiatives at fortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment focused on innovation and execution.Additional PerksFree office snacksBring your dog to workAnnual employee outingsAnnual CSR monthCompany DescriptionWurkwel Ventures is a holding company, headquartered in Chicago, IL with offices in the metro Chicago area and Metro Detroit area, consisting of businesses in the office furniture and facility services industry.
