OverviewThe position is for a Senior Tax Manager that has at least 7 years of experience.ResponsibilitiesPrepare business and personal tax returnsPrepare reviewed and compiled financial statements and associated due diligence checklistsConsult with clients on various matters including tax planning, retirement plans, accounting and bookkeeping matters, growth strategy, cash flow, profitability, sales or purchases of businesses, etc.Prepare payroll tax returnsPrepare sales tax returnsInternal bookkeeping as well as bookkeeping for clients using primarily QuickBooks and SagePay billsReconcile bank and credit card accountsPrepare depositsJournalize transactions for each periodManage deadlines for the officeProcess tax returns for client deliveryOffice AdministrationQualificationsSkilled in tax return planning and preparationProficient in GAAP accounting and the preparation of financial statements and associated notes to financial statements as well as the due diligence requirements associated with those tasksFamiliarity with PPC (or similar) due diligence checklistsHighly proficient with Excel and QuickBooksThe ability to complete tasks independently and manage tight deadlinesStrong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detailExcellent problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills both internally and with clientsExperience with Lacerte tax preparation software is a plusCPA is preferred but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
