OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated data analyst who is eager to learn and thrives at the intersection of data, systems, and business.This role is responsible for turning data into meaningful insights, identifying trends, and communicating findings in a clear, actionable way to internal teams and CBD counterparts. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of both deep data work and compelling storytelling to influence decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesLeverage systems, tools, and datasets to gather, clean, and analyze data.Extrapolate insights from complex datasets and translate them into business-relevant recommendations.Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to highlight key trends and performance metrics.Partner with customer business development teams to deliver insights that inform strategy and drive growth.Tell a clear, concise, and persuasive story with data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality, and reporting efficiency.Stay curious and eager to learn new systems, methodologies, and build strong business acumen.PayThe pay range for this position is $69,360 to $104,040. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.BonusThis position is bonus eligible.Long-Term Incentive (LTI)This position is LTI eligible.BenefitsUnilever employees are eligible to participate in our benefits plan.
