Headquartered in Carlsbad, CA, with regional offices and project sites nationwide, we're expanding our in-house Engineering Department at our Jacksonville, FL office. As a privately held, full-service design-build firm specializing in fast-track commercial construction for the Department of Defense, RQC provides fully integrated design, engineering, and construction solutions.We are currently seeking a Director of Electrical Engineering to lead and expand our Electrical Engineering team in Jacksonville, FL. This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for technical excellence, team development, and project oversight across our electrical design engineering group. You'll drive innovation, ensure design quality, and play a key role in shaping the future of our engineering department.
