You’ll work alongside our existing DeFi experts to provide comprehensive financial education to our 130+ monthly members.Key ResponsibilitiesTake responsibility for the success of assigned members through personalized mentorshipConduct live educational sessions on equities trading, fundamental analysis, and market strategiesAnswer member questions via email and text, explaining complex stock market concepts in simple termsEnsure all assigned members receive communication within 7 daysHelp members progress through our Equities Education modulesBuild strong rapport with members to increase satisfaction and renewal ratesCo-lead Office Hours focusing on stock market analysis and trading opportunitiesResearch & AnalysisProvide comprehensive equity market research and stock analysisCreate easy-to-understand reports on market trends, sector analysis, and individual stock opportunitiesConduct comparative analysis between DeFi yields and traditional equity returnsPresent complex financial concepts in an ELI5 formatMonitor market conditions and provide timely insights to membersCommunity ManagementMonitor and actively participate in community discussionsCurate equities-focused content and educational materialsLead specialized equities trading sessions and market analysis callsSupport members with stock-related questions and trading strategiesWhat will you bring?Must be able to work EST time zone.Essential SkillsActive equities trader/investor with proven track recordDeep knowledge of fundamental and technical analysisUnderstanding of market sectors, economic indicators, and their impact on stock pricesExperience with stock valuation methods and portfolio constructionStrong teaching or mentoring experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to explain complex financial concepts in simple termsBasic understanding of DeFi and cryptocurrency marketsStrong social media presence in finance/investing communitiesPreferred QualificationsSeries 7, Series 66, or other relevant financial certificationsExperience with equity research platforms (Bloomberg, FactSet, etc.)Background in traditional finance, investment banking, or asset managementCFA designation or working toward CFAExperience leading educational sessions or workshopsWhat do we offer you?Competitive salary package - $60-84k based on your qualifications and experienceAbility to earn commissions - no ceiling to your earning potentialFull time/40 hours a weekClaude.ai pro subscriptionUnlimited PTOFlexible work scheduleTeam off-sitesYoung & dynamic culture with team members across 23+ countriesFully Remote with a very supportive team.
