As the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for executing our regional business strategy, maximizing financial performance, and contributing to high-level decision-making as a key member of the leadership team. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to the Business Director and lead all commercial activities related to the sales of Purified Terephthalic Acid (PTA).Location:Warrenville, ILWhat You’ll DoLead all commercial activities for PTA (Purified Terephthalic Acid) salesSet pricing strategy and optimize capacity utilization across NA Aromatics sitesIdentify growth opportunities through acquisitions, investments, and partnershipsBuild senior-level relationships and monitor market trendsManage key accounts and negotiate high-value contractsWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in science or business10+ years in the chemical industry with commercial/business management experienceExperience in refining and the polyester value chain, including production and processing of key intermediates such as PX, PTA, and PET is a plusStrong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skillsHigh personal impact, visionary, autonomy, and performance-drivenWhy Join INEOS Aromatics?We offer a competitive compensation benefits package, including:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceLife and disability ins401(k) with 3% automatic contribution + 100% match on the first 6% of employee’s contributionsGenerous paid time off and wellness benefitsThe annual base salary for this position typically ranges between $206,869 and $310,304. This salary range is an estimate based on factors such as candidate qualifications, operational needs, and business performance metrics. Actual compensation may vary above or below the stated range, as permitted by applicable laws.The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
