The role requires hands-on experience with Playwright automation and scripting. The successful candidate will design test strategies, lead defect tracking, and contribute to continuous quality improvements in agile environments.Key Responsibilities:Test Strategy & Planning: Define, document, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data for various testing types. Develop risk-based testing strategies.Manual & Automated Testing: Perform manual testing of Power Platform applications and develop end-to-end automated test scripts using Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript). Ensure automation is integrated into CI/CD pipelines.Test Execution & Defect Management: Execute test cases, identify and track defects using tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA. Collaborate with developers for fixes and retesting.Collaboration & Process Improvement: Work with developers, analysts, and product owners in Agile/Scrum. Provide QA estimates and contribute to process improvements.Performance & Security Validation: Assist with performance testing and validate security requirements.Best Practices & Standards: Promote QA best practices, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the team’s knowledge base.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in related field15+ years of experienceMust have Playwright automation and scripting experience.
