Data Analyst - JM - SeniorPosition SummaryDarkStar Intelligence seeks a highly qualified Data Analyst - JM - Senior to support high-level ODNI organizations in Bethesda, MD.Location:Bethesda, MDSchedule (FT/PT):Full-TimeTravel Required:NoShift:DayRemote Type:No RemoteSecurity Clearance:Current TS/SCIPolygraph:Current Counterintelligence PolygraphPrimary Duties and ResponsibilitiesWork with teams of data and system engineers to design, develop, build, analyze, and evaluate data management systems to include database modeling and design, relational database architecture, metadata and repository creation and configuration management.Use data mapping, data mining and data transformational analysis tools to design and develop data tegrate disparate raw data from across the federated enterprise using any supported variation of the Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processAnalyze enterprise level Services of Common Concern to determine gaps, opportunities, and trends to improve enterprise servicesDesign, build and maintain data visualization dashboards, reports, and other products to suit client needsProvide data analytic support to design and execute surveys, data calls, and other data gathering processes across a federated network enterpriseAbility to clearly communicate technical or analytic findings in a easily understood narrative via graphical, written, and verbal formatsUse statistical methods, machine learning, natural language processing, large language models, and pattern recognition to identify insights and trendsDesign and build intuitive dashboards and visualizations to convey analytical outcomesMinimum QualificationsRequires BA/BS and 7+ years of data analysis experience or no degree and 12+ years of data analysis experience.TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required.Requires visualization and trend analysis experience.Requires the ability to elicit information from a broad user base and provide applicable analytic mythologies to provide actionable insights.Proficiency with multiple data analytic tools like Access, Excel, Python, R, SQL, VBA.Proficiency in visualizing and presenting data using platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalentRequires demonstrated ability with data analysis, data engineering, and data enrichmentDesired Qualifications:5 years’ experience within the Intelligence CommunityHands-on experience with Jira and ConfluenceExperience developing, deploying, and managing applications in a cloud environment.Salary Range$135,000 - $165,000 per yearThis pay range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of specific compensation or salary.
