Lennar has been recognized as a Fortune 500 company and consistently ranked among the top homebuilders in the United States.Your Responsibilities on the TeamServe as the primary system administratorfor a multi-user Salesforce environment.Lead the design, configuration, and optimizationof Salesforce solutions using declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.).Partner with architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutionsaligned with Salesforce best practices.Act as a gatekeeperfor declarative vs. programmatic solutions, ensuring alignment with platform principles.Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and data security across the org.Oversee data integrity, deduplication efforts, and integrations with external systems.Drive continuous improvementof Salesforce processes and data quality across the organization.Coordinate and execute configuration changes, including automation, custom objects, page layouts, and record types.Evaluate and implement new featuresfrom Salesforce releases and AppExchange products.Collaborate with developers to refactor code into declarative automationwhere appropriate.Maintain system documentation, policies, and training materials.Work with third-party vendors to implement new systems and features.Support DevOps practicesand CI/CD pipelines using GitHub.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems or related field, or equivalent experience.7+ yearsof hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.Salesforce Advanced System Adminand Platform App Buildercertifications requiredProven experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.Strong understanding of Salesforce security, architecture, data model, and platform capabilities.Experience with Omni-Channel, CTI integrations, and contact center implementationsFamiliarity with DevOps toolsand SDLC processes.Ability to manage data imports, integrations, and automation at scale.Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Preferred SkillsExperience leading or mentoring a team of Salesforce Admins.Data Architect and Sharing and Visibility ArchitectcertificationsWorking knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.Proficiency in reporting and dashboard creation.Familiarity with tools like Jira, Slack, Tableau, and VS Codefor Salesforce development.Experience with installed packages, connected apps, and AppExchange solutions.Exposure to Agentforceor similar Salesforce-native agent platforms.Agile/SCRUM experience and comfort working in fast-paced environments.Life at LennarAt Lennar, we are committed to fostering a supportive and enriching environment for our Associates, offering a comprehensive array of benefits designed to enhance their well-being and professional growth.
