OverviewDirector, Enterprise Applications & DataWe are seeking a visionary and experienced Director, Enterprise Applications & Data to lead the strategy, implementation, and management of enterprise business systems and data platforms across the organization. This role ensures that critical enterprise applications, such as Salesforce, and collaboration tools operate securely, reliably, and at scale. The Director will also drive a modern data strategy that enables analytics, reporting, and actionable business insights. This position reports directly to the Head of Technology & Innovation. Responsibilities Lead the strategy, roadmap, and operations of enterprise applications. Partner with business leaders to translate functional requirements into technology solutions. Oversee vendor relationships, licensing, upgrades, and integrations across the application ecosystem. Ensure applications meet security, compliance, and scalability standards. Develop and execute the organization’s enterprise data strategy, including governance, quality, security, and accessibility. Oversee enterprise data platforms, including data warehouses, data lakes, reporting, and analytics tools. Drive adoption of self-service BI and analytics across the organization. Establish policies for data ownership, stewardship, and lifecycle management. Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics to transform business processes. Lead modernization initiatives, including consolidation and optimization of enterprise data platforms. Collaborate with the Head of Technology & Innovation and other technology leaders to align enterprise systems with digital transformation initiatives. Build, lead, manage, and hold accountable a high-performing team, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and professional development. Promote a culture of collaboration between IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors. Manage budgets, contracts, and project portfolios effectively, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred). 10+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years leading enterprise applications and/or data management teams. Strong knowledge of Salesforce and enterprise data platforms. Proven experience with data governance, integration, and business intelligence tools. Understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure) and SaaS application models. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in industries with high regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., healthcare, finance, BPO). Familiarity with AI/ML, robotic process automation (RPA), or automation platforms. Certifications such as TOGAF or DAMA-DMBOK are preferred.
