Job SummaryProviding excellent technical support to both internal and external customers is an integral part of CEMEX business strategy. To that end, the Director of Quality & Technical Services must have the relevant experience and be capable of troubleshooting field and plant related problems relative to the performance of our aggregate products. The successful candidate will be responsible for directly managing and effectively leading all activities of the Quality Control teams within Aggregates operations across the United States. This position reports to the VP of Operations Support.Job ResponsibilitiesLead, coach and develop QC Managers and Supervisors on: skillset, training, development needs and performance management.Partner with Operations and Plant Managers to eliminate processes that create rework or wasted material.
