OverviewWe’re looking for a B2B Content Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing B2B Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Content Marketing, this role will be instrumental in shaping how technical audiences—CxOs, developers, and technical decision makers—understand and adopt our enterprise AI solutions, including Claude API and Claude Code. This is a unique opportunity to work at the frontier of AI, building the content foundation that fuels awareness, adoption, and long-term growth.ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & ExecutionOwn end-to-end B2B content strategy, from ideation to publication.Develop ebooks, guides, whitepapers, 2-pagers, and thought leadership content tailored to technical decision makers.Manage the product blog and Resources Hub content calendar, collaborating with PMM, engineering, design, social media, growth, and product teams.Oversee developer newsletter and lifecycle email content strategy and execution.Technical Content ProductionTranslate complex AI and technical concepts into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.Provide narrative direction for technical video shoots and product demo videos.Partner with subject matter experts and external content agencies to ensure technical accuracy and authenticity.Cross-Functional LeadershipOversee and manage external content agency partnerships.Collaborate with B2B, design, growth, and lifecycle teams to optimize content distribution.Partner with the user education team to edit and distribute engineering blog content.Leadership & AutonomyDrive B2B content strategy with minimal oversight, making proactive recommendations.Lead projects independently from concept through execution.Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships across marketing, product, engineering, and design teams.Must-Have Qualifications10+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, ideally in enterprise technology or developer tools.Proven ability to create high-quality technical content for developers and decision makers (CTOs, CIOs, VPs, Directors).Demonstrated success managing content calendars and workflows across multiple stakeholders.Strong portfolio showcasing technical guides, thought leadership, or educational content.Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for broad audiences.Experience with content management systems (e.g., Sanity, Webflow) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Iterable).Strong project management and collaboration skills; proven ability to work autonomously.Nice-to-Have QualificationsBackground in B2B SaaS, particularly in AI/ML, data, or developer tools.Experience producing technical videos or developer education programs.Familiarity with scaling content operations at high-growth companies.Track record of creating developer-focused content and resources.Ability to produce content quickly and effectively under tight deadlines.BenefitsThis role is eligible to enroll in both Mondo's health insurance plan and retirement plan.
