Think architect + operator: set the strategy, run the experiments, optimize hard, and scale what works.Our first mission is to scale our app subscription base, then we/u2019ll turn our attention to optimizing our newsletter funnels and attempting to scale at negative CAC through post-subscribe flows.ResponsibilitiesOwn the Growth Engine: Build and run multi-channel acquisition (paid, organic, partnerships, affiliates) with measurable ROI.Creative That Converts: Lead ad creative (graphics, short-form, long-form) and raise the bar on scroll-stopping assets.CRO on Repeat: Partner with product/dev to test landing pages, onboarding, pricing, and UX—ship, learn, iterate.Partnerships at Scale: Grow affiliates, influencers, and strategic partners to offset CAC and expand reach.Measure What Matters: Stand up clean tracking and deliver clear, actionable reporting.Hit the Targets: Be directly accountable for revenue, ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion KPIs.Qualifications3+ years in growth/performance marketing (media, SaaS, or subscriptions = plus).Scaled profitable spend across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging channels.Deep chops in analytics, attribution, and CRO.Managed creators, influencers and creatives/agencies and can brief like a fortable switching between strategy and hands-on execution.Bonus: Experience with newsletters, subscription apps, financial media, or AI/data products.Why You’ll Love ItHigh-growth, profitable company led by a founder with a $54M exit and a track record of scaling media brands.Work at the intersection of finance, AI, and media—with real audiences and real revenue today.Autonomy to build the growth machine your way, with a fast-moving team behind you.Your output shows up directly in subscriber growth, ARR, and brand p & BenefitsBase: $75,000–$125,000Performance Bonus tied to revenue/ROASEquity to be discussedCompetitive PTORemote: Flexible, but South Florida preferredHow to ApplyEmail your resume, LinkedIn, and a quick note on the growth campaign you’re most proud of to with the subject line: “Head of Growth – Invested.”If you’re an enthusiastic underdog who loves testing, optimization, and building quickly you’ll fit right in. #J-18808-Ljbffr
