OverviewSenior Director Franchise Operations - Bolivia role at The Coca-Cola Company. Lead transformative growth in Bolivia by driving strategic alignment and operational excellence across the Coca-Cola System. Serve as the key connector between regional strategy and bottling partners to unlock market potential, lead high-impact initiatives, and ensure execution of commercial, financial, and marketing plans.What You’ll Do For UsDefine the local/regional strategy and develop the plan to maximize the business opportunity with the Bottler’s Senior/Regional.Manage day-to-day operations of the franchise including marketing, commercial and financial aspects; execute strategies with bottling partners; cooperate with bottlers to ensure local relevance and alignment with overall business; review and implement revenue growth opportunities/solutions.Lead the execution of Strategic Business Priorities, empowering Bottler’s Senior/Regional Leadership Teams.Ensure disciplined decision making and results tracking through effective management routines across different levels (Senior, functional, workstreams).Maintain deep market understanding to support correct decision making and strategic adjustments as necessary.Manage relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., shareholders and senior bottler management).Coordinate with peers in other regions and operations to share best practices and align.Guide and collaborate with bottlers in decision-making on RGM, budgeting, and other commercial initiatives.Exercise autonomy with sound decision making mindful of Coca‑Cola and bottler impacts within guidelines and principles.Continuously identify regional market opportunities and generate value across the System in alignment with BU strategic priorities.Senior stakeholders: work with bottler partners to ensure operational discipline through appropriate processes and routines, sharing information, influencing, and negotiating as needed.
