Overview Head of Operations – AI Marketplace (San Francisco, CA) We’re looking for a Head of Operations to join an early-stage, high-growth AI startup focused on self-learning and adaptive AI systems. This is a rare opportunity to build a marketplace from scratch, manage specialized teams, and directly impact the company’s growth trajectory. What you’ll do Build and scale a marketplace of domain experts from the ground up. Recruit, vet, and manage a workforce of specialists across domains like finance, healthcare, and more. Own relationships with top AI labs and enterprise clients, ensuring marketplace output meets their needs. Collaborate with engineers to integrate expert data into AI systems. Drive high-impact operational initiatives as a core member of the founding team. What we’re looking for 1–6 years of experience in Operations or Finance-related roles. Experience building or scaling teams, processes, or marketplaces. Strong skills in people management, client relationship management, and operational execution. Comfortable working on-site 5 days/week in San Francisco. Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
