OverviewAbout the job VP, Business Development (Northern California)Vice President, Business Development Northern CaliforniaWe are seeking a Vice President of Business Development to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships across Northern California. This high-impact, individual contributor role focuses on consultative sales within human capital, leadership development, and executive coaching this role, you will be responsible for generating $1M+ in annual bookings by prospecting new accounts, cultivating executive-level relationships, and cross-selling into existing clients. You will leverage modern sales tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, and AI-driven platforms to build and manage a high-value pipeline.
