Due Diligence Operations Director (Corporate Investigations Firm)John Evans Recruiting is representing a highly-reputable global corporate investigations firm in their search for a newly created Director role to support due diligence operations. Investigators within this firm are pulled too often into administrative tasks. The VP will be launching a new division of the company to support the investigators with greater automation and back office support.The Director will hire and lead 4 direct reports in Customer Success and Workflow Management, while working to automate the firm’s software system to support case management for investigations.This is a remote role, with preference for a Washington, DC area candidate.RequirementsOperations leadership experience in a corporate investigations firm, with oversight of workflow, due diligence, client success, and/or resource management.Operations leadership experience within a law firm overseeing investigations processes could be of interest.Experience developing KPIs.Proven leadership experience over 3+ people.Strong project management, process improvement, and organizational skills.Client success/case work experience in corporate investigations.Ability to think strategically but work in a nimble, tactical way to launch a new division.Experience building a team or department is a pensation$145-200k + 20% bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr
