OverviewRole: Lead with hands-on MES application support experience in a regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with MES systems, especially POMSnet, and will work in collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.ResponsibilitiesProvide IT or application support for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences environments (3–5 years).Demonstrate strong experience with POMSnet MES; experience with Rockwell or other MES platforms is desirable.Understand GMP manufacturing processes, batch records, workflows, and data capture requirements.Support system configurations, recipe management, and user access controls.Troubleshoot system errors and application issues; coordinate with vendors for technical support.Understand ITIL processes (incident, change, and problem management).Have basic SQL knowledge for data queries and issue analysis.Document system processes, configurations, and incident resolution procedures clearly and municate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.Role aligns with MES Functional Consulting (EIS).Experience & QualificationsExperience Required: 4–6 years overall experience.3–5 years of MES IT or application support experience in regulated environments (pharma, biotech, life sciences).Strong knowledge of GMP, batch records, workflows, and data capture requirements.Basic SQL knowledge for data queries.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.ITIL familiarity (incidents, changes, problems) is preferred.Contractual: Typically a contract role; mid-senior level.Job Details: Employment type: Contract.
