GTM Strategy & Operations - PartnershipsAs a GTM Strategy Business Partner for Partnerships, you will work closely with Partnerships leadership as a deep expert in partner ecosystem development, channel optimization, and strategic alliance execution. You/'ll analyze partner performance metrics, optimize resource allocation across cloud providers and system integrators, drive operational excellence in partner programs, and support the rapid scaling of our partner-led revenue motions. This role exists to materially improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Anthropic/'s partnerships organization, helping achieve our ambitious partner-influenced revenue goals by maximizing partner productivity and ecosystem value creation.About AnthropicAnthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.ResponsibilitiesPerformance Analytics & ReportingBuild and maintain KPIs and management dashboards tracking partner pipeline, revenue contribution, attach rates, and field activation across cloud providers and SI partnersDesign partner health scoring frameworks to measure enablement progress, sales activation, and revenue performance across channel partner sales teamsCreate analytical models for partner pipeline forecasting, joint opportunity conversion rates, and partner-influenced revenue attributionPrepare executive-ready analytics for business reviews, partner negotiations, and board reportingFacilitate coordination between direct sales and partner teams through unified metrics and joint account planning insightsStrategic Analysis & InsightsAnalyze partner segmentation and coverage models to surface insights that inform resource allocation decisionsSupport business case development for new partner initiatives with ROI analysis and scenario modelingIdentify strategic opportunities within the partner ecosystem through data analysis and competitive intelligenceEnable alignment between Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance through shared partner performance visibilityTranslate complex partner ecosystem data into actionable recommendations for leadership and stakeholdersOperational Infrastructure & SystemsDefine operating cadences and reporting rhythms for Partnerships management reviewsWork with Revenue Operations systems and reporting teams on partner CRM integration, deal registration systems, and data infrastructure requirementsCollaborate to create operational playbooks for core partner motions such as marketplace listing, co-sell activation, or lead and deal registrationYou may be a good fit if you have5+ years of experience in operations, analytics, or management consulting supporting partnerships or channel organizationsAdvanced analytical skills with expertise in partner management platforms, CRM systems, and BI tools (e.g., Salesforce, Crossbeam, Looker)Proven ability to build operational infrastructure and measurement systems that scale in fast paced or hypergrowth environmentsExperience supporting cloud provider co-sell programs and enterprise SI relationships preferredExcellence in translating complex data into concise, clear insights that enable executive decision-makingStrong project management skills with ability to influence stakeholders across technical, sales, and partner teamsTrack record of creating actionable insights from complex partner ecosystem dataA balance of analytical rigor with practical understanding of partner ecosystem dynamicsA desire and readiness to do the best work of your careerBachelor/'s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferredThe expected salary range for this position is:$190,000 - $270,000 USDLogisticsEducation requirements: We require at least a Bachelor/'s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time.
