They are seeking a proven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to scale operations, drive portfolio performance & partner closely with the executive team.This is a rare opportunity to help institutionalize a growing owner-operator, shape the operating model end-to-end & play a pivotal role in delivering strong returns for investors while building a best-in-class platform.ResponsibilitiesOwn day-to-day operations across Asset Management, Acquisitions, Prop operations & Corporate functionsBuild scalable processes, KPIs & reporting across acquisitions through dispositions, including post-close integration & business plansPartner with Investments on underwriting assumptions, due diligence, capitalization plans & value-creation strategiesOversee annual budgets, forecasting, portfolio analytics, lender & JV reporting, compliance & risk managementLead cross-functional teams to execute capex, redevelopment & repositioning programs on time & on budgetDrive talent strategy, org design, vendor strategy & technology enablement to support growthServe as a key voice with capital partners, lenders & Investors to align on strategy & performanceRequirements15+ years in Real Estate investment, owner-operator or related platform leadership with significant exposure to MultifamilyDemonstrated success running multi-market portfolios with value-add, redevelopment or distressed-to-core strategiesStrong command of portfolio operations, asset management, budgeting, capital planning, debt markets & investor reportingTrack record building teams, systems & dashboards that improve speed, accountability & returnsExcellent leadership & communication skills with a hands-on, solutions-driven approachBachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications advantageousIf this role aligns with your experience & ambitions, please apply directly through the LinkedIn apply function or send your resume to .
