Full Stack Application Developer Location: US-DC-Washington DC Job ID: 2025-3572 Category: Information Technology Type: Full Time Job Description NetImpact Strategies, Inc. is seeking to hire a Senior Full Stack Developer to support a Federal Agency. Government clearance requirements for this role require candidates to maintain a Secret Clearance. Location: Walter Reed National Military Medical Centre (WRNMMC) Bethesda, MD. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET Framework and .NET Core and C#/ programming languages. Build reusable code, libraries, and components for future use. Engage with internal and external clients to gather, manage, and implement project requirements, and translate them into high-quality technical solutions. Skilled in web application architecture, design patterns, and layered architecture principles. Experienced with client-side and server-side validations and front-end data access methods (, Entity Framework). Implement application security methods, troubleshot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner. Perform migration of web applications from .NET Framework to .NET Core. Configure and deploy applications using Internet Information Services (IIS), including implementing IIS security. Develop maintainable and sustainable solutions based on user and client needs. Expertise in database design, including normalization, tables, views, functions, stored procedures, and T-SQL queries (CRUD operations). Identify and remediate application vulnerabilities including SQL injection, XSS, CSRF, and cryptographic weaknesses. Conduct performance tuning and optimize application efficiency. Develop maintainable and sustainable solutions that effectively model the client and user requirements. Strong documentation, verbal communication, and analytical skills. Experience with progressive web applications or responsive design. Qualifications Required Qualifications and Certifications: Ability to meet required government clearances: Tier 3 (T3) Investigation. Six (6) years of progressive experience demonstrated in the required proficiency. Bachelor's degree and/or equivalency. IAT II certification and 8570.01-M requirements (CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP). Preferred Qualifications and Certifications: Experience utilizing jQuery, Bootstrap, JavaScript and CSS. Experience with third-party component suites such as DevExpress and Telerik UI. Experience with source code management software such as Team Foundation Server (TFS). Experience utilizing SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS). Experience utilizing IDE software such as Visual Studio.
