We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits packageProject DescriptionTechnical, engineering, logistics, cyber support for the AN/USQ-219 Tactical Common Data Link (TCDL) and AN/USQ-247 Maritime Shipboard Terminal (MST) on Littoral Combat Ships (LCS)Job DescriptionCandidate will support the Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC PAC) and provide In-Service-Engineering-Activity (ISEA) functions for Tactical Data Links (TDL) and related systems sponsored by PEO-C4I. Support will include the following areas of expertise:Technical AssistanceFleet In-Service Engineering SupportMaintenance SupportIn-Service Risk ManagementIntegrated Logistics Support (ILS)Technical oversight of commercial/non-governmental In-Service engineering activitiesConfiguration ManagementReadiness and Life Cycle AnalysisTechnical Documentation Development and Reliability/Availability and Maintainability (RAM) reporting and metricsResponsibilitiesSupport NIWC PAC with In-Service-Engineering-Activity (ISEA) functions for TDL and related systemsProvide technical assistance and maintenance support for specified data link systemsManage in-service risk and readiness analysesOversee integrated logistics support and configuration managementDevelop technical documentation and RAM metricsMinimum QualificationsAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance- SecretMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future10 years' experience supporting Navy Tactical Communications Systems and Data LinksBachelor's DegreePreferred QualificationsMaster's DegreeLogistics DAWIA Level III certified or equivalentPrevious Navy Operations Specialist (OS) or Information Systems Technician (IT) rating with link experienceCandidate will possess logistics knowledge of the following data and communications link equipment and related systems:Communication Data Link System (CDLS)Network Tactical Common Data Link (NTCDL)Tactical Common Data Link (TCDL)- AN/USQ-219Maritime Surface Terminal (MST)- AN/USQ-247Intelligence Carry-On Program (ICOP) systemsNaval Tactical Command Support System (NTCSS), and current or future Link related systemsSecurity ClearanceApplicants must have an active security clearance and/or the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance as specified in the minimum qualifications. Selected candidates will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain a DoD government-granted security clearance.
