We aim to help millions of Americans achieve homeownership through the complete mortgage journey.The Servicing Litigation Supervisor will manage key metrics related to servicing litigation, including Contested Matters, Title Matters, Mediation and/or Court appearances; department performance, implementation of department strategies/procedures, and responding to inquiries from customers, vendors, investors, and regulatory agencies. As the Litigation Supervisor, you will interface with other servicing divisions to ensure upstream/downstream processes are appropriate.ResponsibilitiesSupport the servicing of mortgage loansAudit functions directly related to contested matters, mediation performance and/or appearancesSupport business leaders to identify and support processes at the operational levelTravel and appear as needed in court-related matters to support operational successPerform other related duties as required and assignedDemonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization’s culture and valuesWhat You’ll Bring (Qualifications)Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience5+ years of relevant work experienceIn-depth understanding of state-by-state foreclosure rules, deposition experience, trial experience, mediation exposure, and ability to make court appearances as necessaryUnderstand GSE/insurer servicing guidelinesProficiency in Excel and WordFinancial services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferredWhy You Should JoinAs one of the top mortgage lenders in the country, Pennymac has helped over 4 million lifetime homeowners.
