Job Title Tax Manager / Senior CPA Location Sioux Falls SD (Hybrid or Fully Remote). For Remote must be within 4 hours of Sioux Falls SD. They are seeking a Tax Manager or experienced Senior who brings a CPA license and proven strength in tax preparation and review. Industry background is flexible—the priority is review experience, technical accuracy, and leadership ability. Key Responsibilities Review and supervise federal, state, and multi-state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations. Oversee and mentor staff on tax preparation and review processes. Collaborate with clients on planning, compliance, and advisory needs. Provide technical review, research, and guidance to ensure accuracy and compliance. Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Qualifications CPA license required. 3 years of progressive tax experience in public accounting. Strong preparation and review background with proven technical accuracy. Ability to supervise and develop junior staff. Excellent communication and client relationship skills. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary (aligned with experience and market).
