A play on the words "can do", Kendo is the hub of creativity and next generation beauty product development for global Sephora channels and selective retailers outside of Sephora. Through original development, collaborations and acquisitions the Kendo stable of brands aims to be creative, inspiring and innovative. The company defines its work culture with a focus on speed, expertise, and market-savvy, redefining the beauty industry through product, storytelling, retail, and direct-to-consumer partnerships.The salary range for this position is $68,000 - $75,600 per year based upon a San Francisco location. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and location. This role focuses on producing thumb-stopping, social-first content that embodies our brand's playful, skin-positive DNA.You will concept, film, edit, and publish assets across TikTok, Instagram, and beyond, stepping in as the creator, the director, and sometimes the star. From capturing trending moments to delivering polished campaign content, you will help bring our brand voice to life every day.ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end content creation: concepting, filming, editing, and publishing daily/weekly social assetsAct as on-camera talent for tutorials, trend-driven videos, product storytelling, and community-facing momentsCapture both planned and reactive content, balancing evergreen storytelling with trend-driven cultureEdit content natively within TikTok/Instagram and/or external tools (CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.) with strong hooks, pacing, and storytellingMonitor cultural and platform trends; proactively pitch ideas and experiment with new formatsSupport product launches, partnerships, and social campaigns with creative asset deliveryAssist with shoot planning: storyboards, moodboards, product pulls, and executionEngage authentically with the OLEHENRIKSEN community when publishing or replying to contentQualificationsStrong portfolio showcasing ability to film and edit social-first video content (please include TikTok/Reels samples)Comfortable and confident appearing on camera to represent the brand in a playful, authentic wayDeep knowledge of TikTok/Instagram content styles, hooks, and storytelling strategiesSkilled at both independent, self-filmed content and polished, campaign-quality productionCreative thinker with a bold POV and ability to translate brand identity into fresh contentHighly resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to deliver assets quicklyPassion for skincare and beauty trends is a big plusAdditional DetailsLocation: San Francisco (hybrid model with 3 days/week in office)Please include a portfolio or content samples showing you both behind the lens and on camera #J-18808-Ljbffr
