SUMMARYAt isolved, our product marketing team plays a key role in shaping how we take our HCM solutions to market-ensuring that what we build is positioned clearly, communicated effectively, and aligned with what our customers need to thrive. As we continue to expand our impact across the HCM space, we're looking for a Director, Product Marketing to help lead that this role, you'll guide a team of product marketers focused on driving go-to-market (GTM) success across isolved's product suite. You'll work cross-functionally to define product positioning, support launch strategies, and enable sales and marketing teams with the tools they need to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption. This is a highly collaborative role that combines strategic thinking with strong execution, grounded in a deep understanding of our customers and the markets we serve.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product marketers with a focus on accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.Align team priorities with business goals and cross-functional initiatives.Go-to-Market Strategy & ExecutionOwn the GTM planning and execution for new products, features, enhancements, and launches.Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth rollouts and aligned messaging.Lead efforts to gather customer feedback, proof points, and ideas to inform GTM strategies and strengthen market messaging.Product Positioning & MessagingCraft clear, differentiated messaging and positioning that communicates the value of isolved's HCM solutions to diverse buyer personas.Ensure consistency across all touchpoints-from marketing materials to sales conversations.Sales Enablement & Market ReadinessEquip revenue teams with impactful content, training, and tools that help them sell with confidence and win in-market.Support the development of playbooks and demo narratives.Marketing Support & ExpertiseCollaborate with Brand and Demand teams to create campaigns, content, and programs aligned to buyer journeys and personas.Provide market and product expertise to support events, analyst engagements, and media opportunities.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align on product strategy, market fit, and customer needs.Help translate product capabilities into business outcomes for key audiences.Performance Measurement & OptimizationDefine KPIs and track and analyze GTM effectiveness; identify opportunities to improve messaging, enablement, and positioning based on results and feedback.WHAT YOU BRINGEssential Qualifications7+ years in product marketing, partner marketing, product management, or related roles, with 2+ years in a leadership capacity.Proven track record in building and executing successful GTM strategies for SaaS or multi-product portfolios.Deep understanding of HCM technology across HR, payroll, benefits, talent, and workforce management.Exceptional storytelling and communication skills-able to engage executive audiences with clarity and persuasion.Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and data-informed approach.Experience operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.Preferred QualificationsBachelor/'s degree in marketing, business, or related field; Master/'s degree preferred.Leadership or team management experience, especially in cross-functional settings.Prior experience supporting GTM strategies and selling into SMB, mid-market and enterprise accounts.#LI-AD1 #LI-hybrid #J-18808-Ljbffr
