We’re growing our offerings and our revenue.OverviewWe are seeking a bold, visionary Executive Creative Director to lead concept development and creative execution at Así Studios, TelevisaUnivision’s award-winning branded content studio. This role is built for a culturally fluent storyteller who deeply understands the nuances of language, identity, and lived experience across U.S. Hispanic communities.As Executive Creative Director, you will help shape the studio’s creative voice, guiding multidisciplinary teams to develop work that is emotionally resonant, insight-driven, and strategically sound. From high-impact brand campaigns to creator-led content and premium video storytelling, you’ll lead the charge in crafting ideas that speak directly to a dynamic, diverse, and bicultural audience while helping define the media experience for the next generation of U.S. Hispanics.Your Day to DaySet the Creative and Strategic Vision: Lead the development of bold, culturally fluent, insight-driven creative ideas that push boundaries and align with brand, business and audience objectives.Creative Strategy Leadership: Partner with Strategy leads to define powerful audience insights, brand narratives, and cultural frameworks that shape and elevate the creative approach.Drive Strategic Storytelling: Translate brand objectives into powerful, insight-driven creative platforms that resonate across languages, generations, and media spire and Manage Teams: Mentor and lead a growing team of writers, designers, producers, and editors. Create an environment where bold, original thinking thrives.Client Partnership: Serve as a senior creative partner to clients, confidently leading high-stakes presentations, building trust, and translating cultural nuance and authenticity in Hispanic marketing.Lead Ideation and Pitching: Oversee brainstorms and pitch development. Guide the transformation of complex briefs into breakthrough ideas with clear, compelling creative concepts rooted in cultural truth.Creative Oversight: Maintain high standards of quality and consistency throughout all stages of production, ensuring deliverables reflect the intended vision.Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with strategy, production, and account leadership teams to ensure alignment across creative, brand, and execution.Thought Leadership: Contribute to shaping the studio’s creative brand voice and influence industry conversations through thought leadership, trend awareness, and creative innovation.You have10+ years of experience in a senior creative role, with a background in social media, copywriting, art direction, or a hybrid capacityProven creative strategist with experience using insights to shape impactful, cross platform campaignsStrong portfolio showcasing culturally resonant, insight-driven campaigns across digital, social, and videoProven experience developing unique, insight-led creative territories that ladder up to broader brand and business goalsDeep knowledge of U.S. Hispanic cultural dynamics, generational shifts, media behaviors, and storytelling frameworksProven experience leading social-first and creator-led branded content at a high levelFluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to think, write, and present seamlessly in both languagesSkilled at partnering with Strategy leads to shape meaningful insights that ground and elevate creative workExperience mentoring multidisciplinary teams and fostering a high-performing, collaborative creative cultureComfortable leading the creative process from pitch to post-production, maintaining strategic clarity and creative excellenceConfident and compelling in client-facing roles, with a strong ability to build trust and translate cultural nuance into brand valuePassion for innovation, storytelling, and shaping the future of media for the next generation of U.S. HispanicsBonus Points ForExperience working with Hispanic-focused media platforms or multicultural agenciesRecognition or awards for multicultural or bilingual campaignsFamiliarity with regional and generational differences within the U.S. Latino communityPassion for connecting brands to culture through humor, music, sports, food, or familyEligibility RequirementsMust be willing to work from office in New York and travel as needed for productionFluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to think, write, present, and communicate seamlessly in both languages (spoken and written proficiency required)Employment/education will be verifiedApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basisCompensationThe annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $180,000.
