Two days in our Austin office.About the Product Experience (PX) teamWe are a diverse group of creative people who love to learn, collaborate, and solve large-scale problems. We’re looking for an inquisitive, curious, and talented Product Designer to join our team.Your work will impact the user experience of a product used by millions daily. As a Product Designer on the Cloudflare One team, you will work closely with other designers, engineers, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders. This is not a managerial role with direct reports; we expect our Product Designers to lead by example and coach the team into doing their best work.If you’re a systems-thinking Product Designer excited to work on significant, meaningful, and complex problems with real-world impact, come help us make the Internet better. We’d love to hear from you.What you'll doDemonstrate talent and passion for designing end-to-end experiences.Distill complex problems into approachable steps through researching, sketching, and sharing ideas with your cross-functional team.Create low and high fidelity user interface designs and prototypes using Figma.Partner with product managers and engineering leaders to work through technical tradeoffs that affect product roadmaps.Partner with other designers to collaborate on shared patterns, product vision, and design goals.Collaborate across multiple product areas to make the user experience clearer and easier.Facilitate design reviews with cross-functional fluence and contribute to the internal design process and team culture.Mentor other designers on the team and share your craft, learning as you teach.Find ways to grow design’s impact, sharing design decisions throughout the organization.Desirable skills, knowledge, and experience3–7 years of product design experience, ideally designing technical tools for business.Ability to quickly grasp technical domains, such as network services, and translate them into clear, intuitive user experiences.Ability to advocate for user-centered design and be the voice of customers.Effective written and verbal communication skills.We encourage applicants to apply and evaluate each candidate's experience to determine the most appropriate level and title for their pensationCompensation may be adjusted depending on work location.EquityThis role is eligible to participate in Cloudflare’s equity plan.BenefitsCloudflare offers a complete package of benefits and programs to support you and your family.
