Senior Associate of Retail Sales Strategy

Overview The Senior Associate of Retail Sales Strategy role is based in Boston, MA. The base pay for this position is $83,500 - $92,500 per year. The base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Wayfair’s Physical Retail Team is seeking a Senior Associate of Retail Sales Strategy to support Wayfair’s physical retail growth and long term support. The Senior Associate of Retail Sales Strategy will be part of the Store Operations team that will help craft the Wayfair customer experience playbook to stand up and scale stores across North America. The Senior Associate of Retail Sales Strategy will work with their leadership team to support in store selling behaviors and activations that lead to increased revenue for both our large format stores and smaller specialty brands locations. This role will work cross-functionally across the organization with home office partners, store field support, and store teams to create executable strategies, provide coaching and maintain ongoing communication with the stores teams for the supported programs. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Front of House Operations and is focused on driving execution and delivery of the customer and associate experience as the retail portfolio grows. #J-18808-Ljbffr
